Homemade Soy Milk Recipe

The protein found in soy milk is healthy, plant-based, and can help support healthy muscles and organs. Soy milk is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are “healthy” fats that your body cannot form on its own!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp dried yellow soybeans, rinsed
1-2 dates
Pinch of salt

Add all ingredients to the Arlyeef Milk Maker Machine. Pour water to the max line and run through one “Soymilk” mode (Soy milk must be cooked using the Soymilk mode on the Arlyeef Milk Maker Machine to reach a 212F temperature). Once the machine has run, strain and let cool as the mixture will be very hot! Enjoy your soy milk warm or place it in the fridge to cool.
