Terms & Condition Apply to Claim Warranty
Products within warranty time enjoy free returns, exchange, and repair services. An invoice or purchase record must be presented to claim any of the aforementioned warranties.1. Return & Refund:
Arlyeef is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date when the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Aryeef's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
2. Exchange:
30-day replacement for quality-related issue starting from receiving date, replacement request should be submitted on the corresponding purchase channel.

4. The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase for refund and warranty:

4 | Shipping costs | Arlyeef only provides 30-days no reason money back and a 1-year warranty. The return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer. |
5 | Submit a claim | File a claim online form or by email (support@Arlyeef.com). |

- Returns must include all accessories.
- Items must include original packaging.
- Returns may be rejected if the returned product fails to meet the requirements above.
5. Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:Â
1 | Â Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect. |
2 | Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase. |
3 | Buyer’s accidental returns. |
4 | Returning personal items. |
5 | Returning items claimed to have defects but were found by Arlyeef quality control to be in working condition. |
6 | Returning defective items in international shipping. |
7 | Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process). |
6. The following situations are not covered under warranty:

2 | Purchases from unauthorized resellers. We only provide a warranty for purchases from the Arlyeef direct store on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, and Arlyeef.com official website |
3 | Clients who didn't register the product and activate the warranty in the online registration form on Arlyeef.com |
4 | Warranty has expired |
5 | The product that has been replaced |
6 | Free trial products |
7 | Defects or damages due to loss, theft, or a natural disaster |
8 | Man-made damage and other deliberate damage to the product |
9 | Failure or damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or other abnormal use |
10 | Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance |
11 | Esthetical changes or defects due to normal wear and aging |
12 | Improper storage, exposure to excessive humidity and temperature for extended time resulting in performance damage |

1. Return warranty does not apply to products given away for promotional purposes, yet exchange and repair service applies.
2. We didn't provide a warranty for the small gadgets from the milk maker machines such as the food strainers, measuring spoons, etc.
