Lavender Moon Milk Recipe

Relax with a warm cup of Lavender Moon Milk as a sleepy time treat! This vegan milk recipe is made with cashews, lavender blossoms, vanilla, and a splash of maple syrup for that perfect hint of sweetness. Feel your stress melt away with each creamy sip!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup raw cashew nuts (soaked until soft)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp dried culinary lavender
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
  • 1 cup cold water

First, soak your cashews in cold water overnight or by pouring boiling water over them and letting them sit for 20 minutes. Drain the cashews and give them a good rinse as the soaking water can be bitter.

Add the all ingredients to the Arlyeef Milk Maker Machine and run through one "Soymilk" mode. Pour your lavender moon milk into your favorite mug and garnish with a sprinkle of lavender blossoms!
